Your tasks 
- You develop TikTok-first content strategies for global brand accounts, defining platform-native formats, content pillars, and creative direction that drive real engagement and measurable impact
- You create and manage content calendars across TikTok, Reels, Stories, and complementary formats, ensuring every channel feels native to the platform it lives on
- You manage client channels day to day, staying close to trends, community signals, and cultural moments that keep brands relevant and ahead of the curve
- You track, analyse, and report on performance, translating data into sharp insights and concrete recommendations that clients can act on quickly
- You act as the main point of contact for clients, confidently guiding projects from briefing to execution while challenging briefs that don't fit the platform reality
Your skills 
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management with a clear TikTok focus, and you have the results and content examples to prove it
- You think in TikTok, understand trend cycles, algorithm behaviour, and FYP mechanics, and know instinctively what makes content feel native versus corporate
- You are confident managing client relationships, communicating platform logic clearly, and pushing back when a brief needs rethinking
- You are experienced with Canva and video editing tools, and actively use AI tooling to optimise and scale your day-to-day workflows
- You are fluent in English, highly organised, and built for the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving agency environment
